Previous to founding VAST, Renen was the VP of R&D of XTremIO… the fastest growing IT product in history. In 3 short years, XTremIO went from GA to $3B of global sales of systems powering mission critical database and virtualization applications. Renen joined XTremIO at its inception as the first engineer in and left Dell EMC having managed a team of over 300 engineers and inventors. Renen has a Masters in computer science with a specialization in computational complexity – he is based out of VAST Data’s NYC HQ.
