Chris Hoffman, National Center for Atmospheric Research
Chris Hoffman is a storage system engineer. He currently is a storage engineer in the HPC section at the National Center for Atmospheric Research. In this role, Chris is responsible for the deployment and administration of large-scale spinning disk systems and the long-term NCAR HPSS archive. Chris worked at Los Alamos National Laboratory for a number of years developing, integrating, and administering production versions of campaign storage. Chris holds a B.S. in Computer Networking and System Administration from Michigan Technological University.
